vichy series part 2

As promised, here are the reviews for cleanser and toner, (sunblock, pimple cream n others with come later :) ). i've also used these for at least over a year lo.
i wouldn't say the Normaderm series works like a miracle for me (cos they promise changes in 28 days) but i can definitely say that it helps to keep my skin mostly free of pimples (except for dayima days) and the moisturisers work very much to the benefit of acne prone skin, being water based, it doesn't clog pores. all skincare regimes start with cleansing, so -->

i think it's hard to "grade" a cleanser, so i'll try giving it some criteria which u guys can compare.
cleansing effect: 8.5/10
[with abit of tightness due to the salicyclic acid i think]
foaming effect: 7/10
[enough to lather for a good wash]
it cleans well and washes off in 1-2 splashes. so it deserves a 7/10.

for a toner, i was recommended the one in the same series
i don't like it cos it's too dry for my skin, i mean i'm acne prone sometimes but not pimple-ly. so it's not suitable for me in this case. i still have half of my 1st bottle. after tt the salesgirl recommended me to use the thermal spray instead. from the website it falls under the toner catagory as well.

this is really just spa water from the springs in france.
product description:"A highly concentrated water with 15 mineral salts and trace elements, to soothe the skin and reinforce the skin’s natural protective function. Recognized by the French Academy of Medicine for its soothing properties, it is an essential complement to any skin care regimen."

ok, this works for me. i mean i can feel the soothing effect, it's also cooling since it's in spray form.
this is $9 for 50ml, but might come free if you purchase their stuffs in a set or simply buy more. the trick is to always buy from the same salesgirl. but they seem to change salegirl too frequently at the compass poin.t watson to build much rapport . don't they know we love freebies :) i give this a 9/10.
