Eyeliner

i guess kohl/ pencil eyeliner always smudges becos our skin produce oil. i guess using liquid eyeliner helps but its hard to apply n i haven find any good one. ive tried using Splash(the brand u see on metro, john little..that has a wide range of exotic colours)black with glitter but i dun think its easy to apply and it takes about 1-2 min to dry. but when dried it doesnt smudge.
