Bourjois 2-in-1 pencil

when i was in UK, i bought the Bourjois 2-in-1 pencil. am not too sure if it retails in Singapore. it's value for money, after all, you get two eyeliner colours in one. i was quite excited to try it, it goes on smoothly, and looks very rich. however, it also smudges far too easily. not my type of eyeliner, i guess.

now, that brings me to another question, any suggestions for good, smudge-free eyeliner? :)
